Update on Filming "Chasing Me"

 Today I was able to get some filming done at the end of the day. I went to run errands with my sister today for my grandmother. The errands took longer than expected, so I was not able to film at the Tamarac Park. It closed before I could get any filming done. I filmed sections of my sister driving from out of our driveway to near the gas station. My parents were at first concerned because it was late, but I reminded them that we weren’t going anywhere far. My mom had a zoom meeting for class so she couldn’t go with my sister and I. My dad had just gotten home and he was eating so he could not go either. I was just trying to hurry up and get it done because it was already late. I have realized that my phone camera is very tricky. At night, I am able to see the surroundings, but I have to adjust the zoom and the brightness settings for filming. I have to keep my finger on the screen or else it goes away. It was a little darker than usual, so I even thought about using my sister’s flashlight to film. I did not do it, but I will try it another time. The Tamarac Sports Complex has nice lighting, but only on the football field. The lighting kind of messes with the filming because the light is shown behind my sister. This is another reason why I feel that I might need an alternative location for the open field. I also thought about switching sides with my sister in the film. It is more important for her character to be shown completely. So my character should be the one with an off type of look. The light should be behind me to better give off the unrecognized and strange person feeling.
