Filming the Final Task

 For my film, I plan to film with my sister, and parents. However, I have not began the filming process. According to my schedule, I will begin filming around next week. I would start filming earlier to avoid the possibility of me procrastinating, but there are reasons why. One reason is that my family just came to town. I am trying to spend as much time with them as I can, while I have the opportunity. Another reason is because I have a lot of assignments. I am trying to wait for a time where my assignments are not as piled up. I am also trying to finish makeup assignments while I have been given the chance. The main reason is because I have a slight injury. I run track for my school Fort Lauderdale High school. During practice I pushed myself too hard and pulled a muscle. This happened Monday of this week, and I am still recovering. I was limping and it was hard to move and be active. The film involves walking normally and a lot of camera interactions. I would like to work on my film in my best state. I also haven't spoken to my parents about the film making process yet, which is vital to its success and it being made. My parents are very supporting when it comes to my personal success and my academic success. I am 100% certain that they will be on board with my filming idea. They will be even more supportive when they know that I will include them to keep me safe. They are also familiar with the places that I will film.

  Filming this music video was somewhat complicated. Procrastination and my being shy played a big part in the delay of filming. From the beginning of the process of making this music video, I already had a plan. The song "Halfway There" came to me because it was stuck in my head. Genre Research: Horror

 This PowerPoint is a project I was instructed to do that is based on the horror genre. I worked on this PowerPoint in the beginning of the year with another student. We were asked to pick a genre from a list of other genres, and research it. Our research consisted of common lighting, camera angles, movements, Mise-En-Scene, elements of horror, example films, common sounds and what we like and dislike about the genre. I have noticed that this PowerPoint has been altered because the slide where I explained my dislikes about the genre is missing. Since this assignment didn't involve meeting in person, it was quite simple to complete. My partner and I split the amount of slides somewhat evenly, which means we each had a responsibility to finish our part of the project. Planning Storyboard for my Music Video

 This storyboard represents how I would like the process of filming the music video for the song Halfway There. I will try to meet my own expectations and hope everyone follows through with my ideas. The first box is what I need to do in order to begin the filming process, which is to go to North Carolina to be with my family. The second one is how I will approach the idea of including my cousin and family in the video. I will then make sure they are ok with being on camera, and part of the music video.
